Our coaching methods have been honed through years of experience at the Olympic Training Center and international competition in Europe, all while proudly serving our country in the U.S. Army. Our legacy includes developing numerous champions, from Pennsylvania state champions to NCAA Division I All-Americans, and several NCAA Division II national champions.

COACH Nicholas Frick
Nicholas Frick is a distinguished wrestler and highly respected coach with a storied career in both freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling. A two-time state champion, Nicholas has consistently demonstrated exceptional skill, tenacity, and leadership on the mat. He proudly represented Pennsylvania as a member of the PA National Team, competing at the highest levels of national competition.
During his high school career, Nicholas earned PIAA All-State honors and captured the title at the prestigious PA Challenge of Champions with a dominant technical fall victory. His achievements also include championships at the PIAA District, Sub-Regional, and Regional levels. A standout among elite athletes, he became a two-time Army National Champion, underscoring his dedication and elite capabilities in the sport.
Nicholas’s pursuit of excellence led him to train as a resident athlete at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, where he refined his craft alongside the nation’s top wrestlers. On the international stage, he claimed back-to-back titles as a European Military Champion in both freestyle and Greco-Roman disciplines.
With over 20 years of coaching experience, Nicholas has mentored and developed wrestlers at every level—from Junior National Champions to NCAA National Champions and PIAA State Champions. His deep technical knowledge, strategic mindset, and unwavering passion for the sport have made a profound impact on the athletes he coaches and the wrestling community at large.
Today, Nicholas Frick continues to lead with integrity and inspire the next generation of wrestlers through his dedication, experience, and lifelong commitment to the sport.
